Skill Development During the three-month (450 hours) internship period at the XXXXXX, I could develop myself (1) to follow skill development for any job in the competitive job market. Simultaneous work-and-study skills: The internship program (2) made me explore my potential and ability to work and study (3) in parallel . I previously believed that I could not take work and study side by side. However, my internship program helped me develop and enhance these skills. 1. The study's participants indicated that a friendly and informal language classroom environment reduces anxiety. Learners reported feeling less anxious and stressed in settings that prioritize collaborative activities between teachers and students. 2. Language learners often fear appearing awkward, foolish, or incompetent in front of their peers. Due to this fear of making mistakes, some learners expressed that learning and speaking a foreign language in the classroom is consistently challenging.

I prefer a work culture that thrives on collaboration, open communication, and flexibility. Valuing continuous learning and embracing diversity and inclusion are also key. Such an environment fosters creativity, innovation, and mutual respect. By promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere, we can ensure everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. Together, we can achieve remarkable success while enjoying a fulfilling and dynamic workplace.
